Joseph 'Leo' Gregoire 86 passed away June 27th, 2017 at the Hope Hospice and Palliative Care Center. He was the beloved husband of the late Marie Simonne Gregoire. They were married for thirty seven years.

Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of the late David and Rose(Lamontagne) Gregoire.
He was employed by R.I. Hospital Trust Bank retiring in 1996. He was also a U.S. Navy Veteran and served on the U.S.S. Wisconsin. He was a member of the Our Lady of Consolation Church prayer group.

Leo was the kindest, giving, soft spoken person with a heart of gold.
He is survived by three loving daughters Suzanne Nixon-Ilic and her husband Yoni, Diane Rego and her husband Jeff and Denise Pereria and her husband Joe all of Pawtucket, ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, one sister Loretta Charpentier of Pawtucket and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Blanche Charpentier, Theresa Aubin, Cecile Lemoi and Maurice Gregoire.

His funeral will be held Saturday July 1st, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. from the Darlington Mortuary of L. Heroux & Son 1042 Newport Avenue Pawtucket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Teresa of the Child Jesus Church 358 Newport Avenue Pawtucket. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling Hours will be held Friday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home.
